Qualifications

• 4-10 years of investment banking experience with a focus on execution and leadership.

• Track record of successfully leading M&A, capital raising, and advisory transactions.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of transaction structuring and capital markets processes.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and client communications effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field; advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) are a plus.

• Mentor Analysts and Associates, promoting a culture of excellence.
