Job SummaryVice President of Commercial Growth will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the development and execution of the organization's initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:- Oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department.
- Conduct constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies and materials.
- Increase brand awareness through development and implementation of a cohesive marketing plan.
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels.
- Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short and long-term market forecasts and reports.
- Work closely with the Operations Teams to align strategies and execution of marketing promotions.
- Mange relationships with all marketing partners, franchisors, agencies and Direct Marketing Area's (DMA).
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with employees, clients governments officials and stakeholders.
- Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies and materials.
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:- Proven work in a senior role such as Marketing Director, VP of Marketing or similar.
- Experience in the design and implementation of successful marketing campaign(s).
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and project management skills.
- Great decision-making skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related discipline.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in related industry.
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
Physical Requirements:- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
