  • Partner with colleagues across Lumanity to develop and deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions that address clients' most complex business and clinical needs.
  • Build and strengthen long-term executive relationships that position Lumanity as a strategic partner rather than a traditional consulting provider.

Delivery Excellence & Team Leadership
  • Build and scale the team's capabilities, capacity, and expertise in alignment with Lumanity's strategic objectives.
  • Provide senior oversight and leadership on complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality, impactful deliverables and exceptional client experiences.
  • Establish and reinforce delivery standards that balance client value, quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute talent strategies that support succession planning, mentorship, and the development of next-generation clinical strategy and consulting capabilities.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across teams and geographies.

Practice Strategy & Innovation
  • Partner with the SVP & Practice Lead to translate changes in the clinical development landscape into new growth opportunities and areas of competitive differentiation.
  • Develop compelling points of view on emerging issues in clinical development and operations that shape industry thinking and strengthen Lumanity's market position.
  • Evolve consulting methodologies, frameworks, and approaches to address emerging client challenges.
  • Identify and develop new service offerings that anticipate the evolving needs of pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.

  • Represent Lumanity at industry forums, conferences, and other external events to strengthen the firm's reputation and visibility.
  • Build a strong external network across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and broader life sciences ecosystem.
  • Monitor industry and competitive trends and translate market insights into recommendations for practice strategy, positioning, and service development.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and other external content that establishes Lumanity as an authoritative voice in clinical development strategy.
