Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing - Loans Enablement to join our Loans Enablement Operations team. This role is located in Houston, TX.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • The Vice President, Client Processing plays a crucial role within the On Balance Sheet Loan Operations function at BNY, ensuring the seamless execution of loan transactions while upholding the organization's commitment to operational excellence.
  • The incumbent will exemplify BNY's principles by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, thereby enhancing client trust and satisfaction.
  • Lead the execution of client transactions by applying advanced knowledge in transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in loan processing, providing guidance and training to team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risk based on insights from processing metrics, customer feedback, and industry best practices, ensuring BNY remains at the forefront of loan processing excellence


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Typically 7-12 years of experience.
    • 3+ years of loan operations experience preferred
    • Experience managing a team or similar leadership experience
  • Soft Skills:
    • High EQ and CQ to coach team to achieving platform OKRs, through organizational changes, and towards career goals
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate
    • Ability to leverage technology for process improvements
    • Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications, Loan IQ, AFS, AIM

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
