Key Responsibilities- Operational Oversight
- Deals with complex external client issues (ongoing client servicing for various projects and product implementations.
- Communicate needs and issue with internal and external clients
- Allocate/Coordinate work within a team/project
- Lead and manage requests received from the client.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success.
- Maintain quality assurance across operational activities.
- Contributes to the achievement of platform team objectives.
- Collaborate with department leads, team members and business partners.
- Foster a supportive and motivated work environment.
- Assist with training, and performance evaluations for operational staff.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organizational guidelines.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Typically, 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and budget planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools and software for operations management.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
