We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Client Service Manager. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: • Lead the client operations and reporting team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus • 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience • Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
