Job Summary:

As a Small Business Card Product Strategy Manager in the Chase Card Services Small Business Card team, you help drive the strategy and management for Ink, our cash back card portfolio. You work closely with partners across finance, risk, marketing, product, design, and analytics to identify opportunities and deliver value to our customers. You analyze portfolio metrics, optimize product features, and influence decisions that enhance customer engagement and business performance.
