Description
RSC2, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Capture Management to enhance and lead our Capture Management organization as we accelerate toward the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities:- Lead and scale RSC2's Capture Management organization.
- Develop and execute capture strategies that drive revenue growth and increase win rates.
- Serve as Capture Executive on strategic, high-value pursuits.
- Shape opportunities and influence acquisition strategies before solicitation release.
- Lead bid/no-bid decisions, competitive assessments, and capture reviews.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical, operational, and pricing teams to develop compelling solutions.
- Drive teaming strategies, competitive positioning, and win themes.
- Establish capture processes, governance, metrics, and best practices.
- Contribute to broader growth initiatives, including market expansion, strategic partnerships, and corporate growth planning.
Requirements
- 15+ years of federal government contracting experience.
- 7+ years of capture management leadership experience.
- Proven track record leading and winning large, complex federal pursuits.
- Experience supporting DoD, Army, Intelligence Community, or Federal Civilian customers.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and capture methodologies.
- Experience managing opportunities valued at $50M to $500M+.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $220,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
