Wells Fargo is seeking a Vice President, Business Efficiency & Operating Lead to help shape how our business operates, scales, and creates value. This highly visible role partners closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities that improve organizational effectiveness, strengthen operating leverage, and drive measurable business outcomes. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and organizational performance.
- Analyze workforce, vendor, platform, location, and operating expenses to uncover strategic optimization opportunities.
- Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs, and executive scorecards that drive informed decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to quantify opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Build financial and workforce models that support organizational design, capacity planning, and investment decisions.
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess staffing models, organizational structures, and business growth initiatives.
- Track and measure transformation initiatives, ensuring expected benefits are realized and sustained.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, and long-term business performance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business execution, strategic planning, management consulting, transformation, finance, business management, or related disciplines.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cost management, productivity measurement, workforce strategy, or business performance management.
- Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and data visualization skills.
- Experience leading or supporting transformation, optimization, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions and leadership levels.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling capabilities.

$119,000-$187,000
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
