  • Lead marquee paid creative end-to-end: drive paid creative strategy and development from concept to launch across brand-building and action-driving campaigns, ensuring creative excellence across formats and platforms (video, social, digital, audio, OOH).
  • Oversee the creative lifecycle and delivery engine: guide brief development and lead concepting, creative testing/optimization, production, and trafficking to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time, on-budget execution. Guide talent integration decisions for fit, relevance, and performance.
  • Shape media channel strategy: collaborate with media partners to optimize channel mix, targeting, and spend. Drive innovation via new channels and emerging platform opportunities.
  • Steward budget, controls, and ROI: own the brand budget, ensure compliance with finance and legal policies, identify efficiencies, and establish KPIs to link creative/media investments to measurable impact.
  • Lead agency and partner relationships: build strong cross-functional and external relationships (brand, media, insights, talent, analytics, legal/compliance, agencies).
  • Stay ahead of trends—and inspire the team: maintain a sharp view of industry and competitive landscape, while coaching and developing junior team members to raise the bar.
