Vice President of Branch Operations to lead the strategic vision, performance, and growth of one of our key branches. This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned executive who thrives on building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
What You'll DoAs Vice President, you will serve as a senior leader responsible for aligning branch operations with company strategy and ensuring overall operational success:
- Provide executive leadership and oversight of daily branch operations
- Drive performance against key goals, KPIs, and growth initiatives
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, business development, and expansion opportunities
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal health
- Lead and develop high-performing management teams
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendor partners
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence
What You BringWe're looking for a proven leader with strong operational and financial acumen:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of relevant experience
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
- 7+ years managing teams and driving operational success
- Community association or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles (GAAP)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and strategic thinking
Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 annuallyFinal offer will be based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
