Description The Vice President, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) Division provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for Baptist Health's ASC portfolio, encompassing 14 ambulatory surgery centers across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Reporting to senior executive leadership, this position is accountable for the overall operational, financial, clinical, regulatory, and strategic performance of a division generating approximately $200 million in annual revenue and employing more than 400 team members.
The Vice President partners closely with physician investors, executive leadership, operational leaders, and joint venture partners to drive business growth, operational excellence, quality outcomes, physician engagement, and patient satisfaction. This leader oversees a complex multi-site portfolio, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements while advancing strategic initiatives that support market growth, physician recruitment and retention, and long-term organizational success.

- Serve as executive liaison and board member for 14 Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) at both MEC and Board of Managers (BOM) levels, providing governance oversight, strategic guidance, and review of board materials.
- Champion patient satisfaction initiatives across the ASC division, collaborating with clinical and patient experience teams to improve OAS CAHPS performance and patient outcomes.
- Champion leadership engagement and culture initiatives across the ASC division.
- Develop strategies to build and sustain a strong leadership and talent pipeline to support future organizational growth.
- Provide financial oversight for the ASC division, including capital planning, expense management, margin optimization, and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Required Education:
Master's Degree. Business, Health Services Administration.
10+ years of healthcare experience with a minimum of three years in a senior management role. Broad knowledge of operations, marketing, business development, and finance, with experience in providing oversight over both clinical and non-clinical/supporting areas.Required Education:
