The Vice President will establish and lead the Program Management Office, implement AI-enabled tools and reporting capabilities, create early-warning systems to identify constraints and roadblocks, and drive process integration across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with project participants and functional leaders to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, recurring roadblocks, and areas where responsibilities, approvals, or timelines are unclear.
  • Design, document, and implement practical processes, procedures, templates, governance routines, and standards that improve consistency, reliability, and execution discipline.
  • Establish and lead the Program Management Office, including PMO operating model, project intake, prioritization, milestone tracking, risk management, reporting cadence, and escalation protocols.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage project managers to support execution oversight, cross-functional coordination, and delivery accountability.
  • Implement AI-enabled tools and technology solutions that support process adherence, improve visibility, streamline workflows, and reduce manual reporting burden.
  • Create real-time reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and status updates that provide leadership with accurate visibility into progress, dependencies, constraints, decisions needed, and emerging risks.
  • Develop early-warning systems to surface roadblocks, resource constraints, sequencing issues, scope changes, delayed decisions, and other factors that may impact timely delivery.
  • Drive process integration across departments to ensure consistent execution standards, aligned communications, clear ownership, and effective coordination from planning through delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, decision forums, and executive updates to ensure issues are identified early, escalated appropriately, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and continuous improvement routines to measure process effectiveness, delivery performance, accountability, and organizational adoption.
  • Promote a culture of disciplined execution, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement while respecting the speed, experience, and entrepreneurial strengths of the existing team.
