About the Role

The VP, Account Group Supervisor is a senior client leadership role responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional client experiences, and leading integrated teams to produce work that creates measurable impact. As a trusted strategic advisor, this individual develops deep client partnerships, proactively identifies opportunities, and ensures the agency consistently delivers against both brand objectives and business goals.

This leader serves as the connective tissue across strategy, creative, medical, digital, analytics, and project management disciplines, bringing teams together around a shared vision and ensuring the highest standards of collaboration, execution, and innovation. The VP, Account Group Supervisor is equally comfortable navigating executive-level client conversations, managing complex launches, mentoring talent, and driving operational excellence.

What You'll Need:
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, integrated brand assignments, including launches and high-growth brands.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including scope management, forecasting, and profitability oversight.
  • Ability to influence across functions and lead through complexity and change.
