With a regional population of more than 150,000, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of small-town living and access to outstanding dining, entertainment, shopping, and outdoor adventure.

Life here is built around nature. Spend your days hiking scenic trails, kayaking or paddleboarding on one of the area's many lakes and rivers, fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, or simply taking in Maine's incredible four-season beauty. The nearby Penobscot River and the scenic Brewer Riverwalk offer endless opportunities to unwind after work, while local breweries, farmers markets, festivals, and a thriving arts and music scene create a welcoming community atmosphere.

Historic downtown Bangor features locally owned boutiques, coffee shops, and award-winning restaurants, while the Maine Savings Amphitheater hosts nationally recognized concerts and events throughout the year. With Bangor International Airport just a short drive away, travel is convenient whether you're visiting family or heading on your next adventure.

Best of all, one of New England's most iconic destinations is practically in your backyard. In about an hour, you can find yourself exploring Acadia National Park, strolling the charming streets of Bar Harbor, or watching the sunrise over the rugged Atlantic coastline.
