The OpportunityWe're looking for a relationship-driven Veterinary Recruiter to help identify, engage, and hire exceptional veterinarians across our growing network.
In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruitment for doctor positions, build long-term relationships with veterinary students, interns, residents, and experienced clinicians, and partner closely with hospital leadership to identify hiring needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.

What You'll Do:- Manage full-cycle recruitment for veterinarian positions across multiple hospitals and specialties
- Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, conferences, veterinary schools, residency programs, and professional organizations
- Partner with hospital and regional leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
- Represent COVE Animal Health at veterinary conferences, career fairs, and university recruiting events
- Manage job postings and maintain accurate candidate data within our applicant tracking system
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities
- Deliver a thoughtful, responsive, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership
- Help strengthen COVE's employer brand through recruiting initiatives and social media engagement
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
- Healthcare or veterinary recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for conferences, recruiting events, and hospital visits
Location: Remote (Eastern Time preferred) | Travel up to 25%
Compensation: $100.000-$110,000/year
