Ft. Harrison Veterinarians is seeking a strong, forward-thinking Medical Director to lead the next chapter of our hospital in Indianapolis. This position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys being hands-on clinically, values high-quality medicine, and wants an active voice in how the hospital grows and evolves. You'll have the opportunity to guide medical protocols, develop and mentor a team, influence scheduling and workflow, and help define what success looks like at Ft. Harrison.

• Salary:$140K - $160K & 20% Production, based on experience
