What We Offer- Competitive compensation: $110,000-$140,000 base salary, based on your mutually agreed-upon schedule, plus 22% ProSal bonuses.

What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive, compassionate care for pets and their families across General Practice and Urgent Care.
- See sick appointments, same-day cases, and urgent care cases that keep your skills sharp and your days dynamic.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions using evidence-based veterinary medicine.
- Work cases up fully with the time, diagnostic tools, and support needed to provide high-quality medicine.
- Develop personalized treatment, preventive healthcare, and vaccination plans in partnership with pet owners.
- Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and/or dental procedures based on your interests and experience.
- Educate pet owners on treatment options, nutrition, and preventive care.
- Build lasting client relationships through compassionate communication and medical expertise.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative hospital culture centered on teamwork, learning, and excellent medicine.
