Full Job Description
We are an after-hours emergency hospital located in Kingston, ON. We are a mentoring team of DVMs and RVT's who encourage everyone to step outside of their comfort zone and learn new skills. We are a fast paced environment dealing with emergencies in small animals. Our team is supportive, easy going and enjoys light hearted times during the stressful ones. Our ideal team member would be eager to learn, enjoy a fast pace of work while being able to multi-task and be superior in client communication skills.

We are open overnight Mondays through Wednesdays and 24 hours starting Thursday evenings to Monday mornings and all holidays to serve the needs of the community. Flexibility in schedule and a work-life balance are important to our.

Our ideal Veterinarian (DVM) will have 3-7 years of experience and demonstrate a high standard of medical expertise, including proficiency in surgical and dental procedures. They will be confident in making independent decisions, managing complex cases, and responding to emergencies. Primarily responsible for clinical care, the DVM will leverage their medical knowledge, teamwork, and emotional intelligence to deliver exceptional veterinary medicine and leadership for the team.

We will only consider candidates who hold or are eligible to hold a full General Veterinary License in Ontario at the time of their application.
