What we're looking for- DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school, licensed or license-eligible in Georgia
- Small animal general practice experience; comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
- Genuine interest in ownership - you want to build something, not just work a shift
- The judgment and communication skills to be trusted with autonomy
