Metro is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled FULL-TIME Physical Therapist dedicated to helping patients reach their goals through personalized treatment plans. We are looking for someone with an interest in treating either a full vestibular caseload or a combination of vestibular and orthopedic patients. All experience levels are encouraged to apply; we will train the right new graduate. Qualifications - Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible. - Vestibular experience preferred - Ability to evaluate a patient's need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan. - Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care. - Experience instructing family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques. - Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
