The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, growth initiatives, and revenue targets.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and other event channels.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation to strengthen competitive advantage.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, industry developments, and competitive activity to inform business strategy and marketing priorities.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend growth strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.
- Partner with sales teams to support lead generation, conversion, and funnel growth.
- Oversee content development including campaigns, presentations, and collateral
- Managing the creation, distribution, and maintenance of print and electronic collateral including brochures, press releases, website content, annual reports, and other marketing material.
- Overseeing the company’s social media strategy to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques,
- Organizing and managing events such as product launches, conferences, and trade shows.
- Managing the marketing budget and third-party vendor relationship.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within a B2B industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technology environment.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that support business growth and commercial objectives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing digital marketing channels, including email marketing, website content, social media, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate market data and campaign results into actionable business insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
