Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

About the jobAs part the Vendor Manager for the gUP Operations team, you will manage a team of vendors (suppliers) based across the globe that support scaling efforts with a variety of cross-functional teams for a host of exciting new products/service offerings from Google. You will use project and vendor management skills to recommend solutions that will help improve evolving workflows and prepare them for scaling. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of vendor workflows that support process excellence, contribute to the long-term operational strategy and support model, and continuous improvements of business processes.

Responsibilities - Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with goals, and manage invoices.
- Drive quality performance management through ensuring Quality Assurance (QA) insights and collection from vendors, and assist vendors with pre-launch quality readiness.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and relevant training and certification programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendor engagements, and communicate operational/process updates to vendors.
