Job Description - Module Vehicle System Synthesis Manager (VSS)
  • One voice for all VEHE activities on the project
  • Own end-to-end functional and physical integration of assigned vehicle modules.
  • Lead design, convergence, and validation activities across all vehicle programs in scope.
  • Act as the technical integrator between product requirements, system teams, styling, safety, regulation, and manufacturing.
  • Define, maintain, and control the module technical scope and feature content.
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional engineering teams to meet QCDP targets.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design, integration, and validation milestones.
  • Oversee digital and physical validation plans and execution across tech centers.
  • Ensure regulatory, safety, diagnostics, and compliance conformity.
  • Lead technical trade-offs, arbitration, and escalations with CME/CVE.
  • Report project status, risks, and KPIs to leadership.


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in vehicle systems engineering and system architecture
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
  • Solid knowledge of vehicle validation, V&V, and test execution
