Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong background in vehicle systems engineering and system architecture
• Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
• Solid knowledge of vehicle validation, V&V, and test execution
• Deep understanding of regulatory, safety, NCAP, diagnostics, and compliance topics
• Experience managing design convergence between styling, feasibility, and customer needs
• Strong program execution, prioritization, and milestone management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for all VEHE activities on the project
• Own functional and physical integration of assigned vehicle modules
• Lead design, convergence, and validation activities across vehicle programs
• Act as the technical integrator across product requirements and engineering teams
• Define and maintain module technical scope and feature content
• Drive cross-functional engineering teams to meet QCDP targets
• Ensure timely delivery of design, integration, and validation milestones
• Oversee digital and physical validation plans and execution across tech centers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Lead technical trade-offs and escalations with CME/CVE
• Report project status, risks, and KPIs to leadership
