Job Code: 4910 FLSA Status: Exempt S3, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Vehicle Mounted Missile System Manager to support the MCOE, MFCD, and MRD at Fort Benning, GA. Note: No third party staffing agencies please This position is contingent on S³ being awarded a follow-on contract supporting the MCoE MFCD. Position supports the Maneuver Requirements Division (MRD) of the Maneuver Future Capability Directorate (MFCD) at Fort Benning, GA, under U.S. Army Futures and Concepts Command (FCC), a subordinate command of U.S. Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM). Job Responsibilities: 3030Candidate performs capability gap and DOTMLPF-P analysis to inform requirements; develops, writes, assembles, and staffs capability requirements documents, CONEMP, and Basis of Issue Guidance for vehicle-mounted missile systems. 3030Performs CBA and Materiel Solutions Analysis; conducts product research; and develops COIC and D&OP for operational test events. 3030Candidate requires practical experience in the operation, employment, integration, and sustainment of vehicle-mounted anti-armor and anti-structure missile systems including but not limited to: 30303030The Tube-launched, Optically tracked, Wire-guided (TOW) missile family. 30303030The Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station with Javelin (CROWS-J). 30303030The Javelin Close Combat Missile System (CCMS-Medium). 30303030The Stinger short-range air defense missile family. 30303030The emerging long-range precision munitions integrated on platforms such as the M2 Bradley Fighting Vehicle. 30303030The Stryker Anti-Tank Guided Missile (M1134) variant. 30303030The Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV). 30303030The Infantry Squad Vehicle (ISV). 3030Candidate requires working knowledge of fire control subsystems, target acquisition sensors, optics and thermal sights, and the engineering integration considerations associated with mounting munitions onto ground combat platforms. 3030Candidate supports preparation of decision packages flowing through RIB, DIG, CGRB, and AROC forums. 3030Coordinates DAP scoring; and maintains awareness of emerging materiel solutions through SPAR and POM cycles. 3030Position requires a working knowledge of the U.S. Army, its organizational structures with emphasis on Brigade Combat Teams and their functions, and a basic understanding of Army doctrine and operational concepts. 3030Position reports to the Task Order Team Lead.
