The opportunity

Be part of the team behind the deal. As a Senior in EY's Transaction Tax practice, you'll work on transactions that shape companies' futures. You'll help clients assess the tax implications of acquisitions and divestitures, guiding them through due diligence, structuring, and execution. This role offers hands-on involvement in live deals and the chance to develop both technical depth and commercial awareness in a fast-moving environment.

Your key responsibilities
  • Support and contribute to tax due diligence and transaction advisory engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Analyze acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate transactions to assess tax implications and structuring considerations
  • Identify tax risks, exposures, and planning opportunities, and help translate findings into clear, practical insights
  • Prepare tax research, technical analyses, and draft memoranda to support transaction recommendations
  • Support coordination of engagement activities, including managing workstreams and tracking deliverables
  • Assist in developing tax-efficient structuring and planning strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships internally and with clients
