Validation Team Manager (Raleigh, NC)

Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for quality and compliance? Eupry is on the hunt for a Validation Team Manager to lead our dynamic validation team in Raleigh, NC. This role offers the perfect blend of technical leadership, team development, and project oversight within a cutting-edge, fast-growing company revolutionizing temperature mapping and monitoring in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and grow a diverse team of validation engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex CQV projects ensuring they meet quality, regulatory, and timeline expectations.
  • Process Optimization: Implement and continuously improve validation processes, tools, and documentation practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the validation team, clients, and cross-functional internal teams including PMO, R&D, QA, and Customer Success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all validation activities comply with GxP and ISO standards, and client specifications.
  • Resource Management: Manage team capacity, recruitment, and development plans to meet growing business demands.
  • Strategic Contribution: Provide input to the company's validation strategy and participate in shaping the future roadmap of Eupry's compliance services.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Proven Leadership Experience: You have successfully led technical teams, preferably in temperature mapping, validation, or regulated life sciences environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of CQV principles, temperature mapping methodologies, and regulatory frameworks (GxP, GMP, GDP, USP , ISO).
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You excel at building relationships, motivating teams, and engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Approach challenges with creativity and a solution-oriented attitude to drive continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in an agile, scale-up environment and effectively manage change and competing priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed, primarily within the United States.
