About the role

As a UI/UX Developer you will be a key component in that mission as we grow both our national footprint and our product lines. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join our software development team and work on the next generation of our software products in the automotive/eTitling space. What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript/Angular, HTML and CSS code.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites look and function.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and peers to design, implement and test software applications.
  • Respond to technical requests regarding assigned application or component.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
  • Proficiency in Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, and NodeJS.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies.


Preferred

  • Experience working with and implementing web services in the front-end
  • Proficiency using Git version control
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies, Scrum preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
