Full Job Description
THE ROLE

We are hiring a UX/UI Designer to own the design of everything a family touches on a screen. That means our marketing website, landing pages, campaign microsites, email, and the whole parent acquisition funnel, plus the product experiences families and providers use once they are in the door. You will work right next to our graphic designer (who owns brand craft and assets) and hand in hand with our product and engineering teams to ship.

Most companies split web and product design across two teams that never talk, so the marketing site and the app end up feeling like two different companies. Not here. You make the entire journey feel like one thing: warm, clear, and a little bit magic. Bold ideas are welcome (an intake that feels like a conversation instead of a form, a landing page that explains autism care to a frightened parent in ten seconds) as long as you can prototype them and ship them.

🚧 WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the web experience
  • Design and ship our marketing website, landing pages, and campaign microsites
  • Design email and lifecycle touchpoints that feel human, not corporate

Own the parent acquisition funnel
  • Design the end-to-end journey from first click to booked, and optimize it for clarity and conversion
  • Run experiments, read the data, and keep reducing friction and time to care

Design product UX/UI
  • Design family-facing and provider-facing flows, screens, and prototypes, in close partnership with our product team and Founding Product Designer
  • Turn complex healthcare workflows into interfaces that feel genuinely simple

Build one cohesive system
  • Create and maintain a design system that spans marketing and product so everything feels like one brand
  • Prototype fast, test with real parents and BCBAs, and iterate on what you learn

Partner and ship
  • Work directly with engineers to get your designs into production at a high bar, not just into a Figma file
  • Use AI tools to prototype and move faster

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • In 90 days: You have shipped a materially better marketing site or set of key landing pages, mapped and improved the top of the acquisition funnel, and laid the foundation of a shared design system with the graphic designer and product team.
  • In a year: The whole family journey (ad to landing page to intake to app) feels like one seamless product, conversion and time to care have measurably improved, and there's a design system the team builds on every day.

WHO YOU ARE
  • You are a self-starter who does not need a PRD to begin. You find the problem and start designing.
  • You have genuine taste and understand aesthetics, on both the web and product side.
  • You are a real hybrid: as strong at conversion-driven web and landing pages as you are at product flows, prototypes, and systems.
  • You are full of bold ideas and pragmatic enough to prototype and ship them on a real deadline.
  • You are fluent in Figma, comfortable building and maintaining design systems, and you love working with engineers to get things live.
  • You talk to users and let real insight and data guide your decisions, not just your gut.
  • You are AI-native and use modern tools to move faster.
  • You care about families navigating autism care, and it shows in how carefully you design for them.

BONUS POINTS
  • Front-end familiarity (HTML and CSS, or tools like Framer or Webflow) so you can ship web yourself
  • Experience with conversion or growth design, or lifecycle and email
  • Consumer, healthcare, or marketplace product experience
  • Motion and interaction design chops

WHY JOIN
  • Direct exposure to company building at an early stage
  • Real ownership of the entire on-screen experience from day one
  • The chance to materially change life for families and clinicians
  • A learning curve few roles can match

Compensation & Benefits:
  • 💵 Competitive salary
  • Meaningful equity
  • Health benefits
  • Flexible PTO
  • Dinner when working late
