Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of experience in maintenance and related systems, preferably in manufacturing.
• 4 to 6 years managing plant utilities.
• Valid NJ Red Seal Operators License required for boiler and refrigeration.
• Industrial Wastewater Treatment Systems Operator license, Grade N-1 required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor heating, cooling, compression, and water systems to ensure functionality.
• Conduct safety inspections and compliance checks per OSHA standards.
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on plant utilities.
• Develop safety procedures and protocols for operational compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve utility system issues efficiently.
