CACI has an immediate opening for an Aviation Logistics/Financial Analyst to support the 4th MAW MALS-49. This position is to provide the aviation logistics squadron with supply and financial support.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process non-standard procurement requests.

  • Review the Stock Control Review Listings.

  • Review and follow-up on requisitions in the Pending Data Entry File (PDEF).

  • Receive, validate, and process fuel charges.

  • Process In-Flight Refueling Transactions.

  • Receive and Process AIR Card charges.

  • Prepare, review, and submit a Status of Funds (SOF)/Checkbook Summary (CBS).  

  • Prepare, review, and submit Flight Hour Cost Reports (FHCR). 

  • Prepare, manage, and inventory flight packets.

  • Related financial accounting support and reporting.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • DoD Secret Clearance is required and must be current

  • (8)eight years of experience in R-Supply, Inventory Management, Financial Management and the functionality of Naval Supply

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related business discipline is desired. In lieu of a degree, an additional eight (8) years of experience in Aviation Supply, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of Aviation Supply is acceptable

  • Knowledge/familiarity of, NALCOMIS, R-SUPPLY, FASTDATA, CFMS, PRBUILDER, WAWF, ONE TOUCH, EEBP and DECKPLATE
