Role:User Experience (UX) Designer
Location: Peoria, IL or Chicago, IL (Hybrid/Onsite as applicable)
Portfolio: Portfolio link is required/preferred.
Required Experience - Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on UX Design experience.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- 3+ years of experience with Figma.
- 1+ year of experience with Sketch and other UX/UI design tools.
- Experience designing complex digital products, applications, or enterprise solutions is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of experience designing complex systems or enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities - Support the evolution of the customer experience by contributing to the CX portfolio, roadmap, and reference architecture.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement customer experience strategies and UX best practices across digital applications and platforms.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, business analysts, architects, and engineering teams to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences.
- Create and contribute to UX artifacts, including personas, journey maps, storyboards, service blueprints, and conceptual designs.
- Solve complex UX and business challenges by identifying practical, user-focused solutions.
- Work closely with CX architects, technical architects, and content/data owners to define experience requirements.
- Stay up to date with emerging UX trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve digital experiences.
- Communicate architectural recommendations, business requirements, and investment needs to support successful experience delivery.
