Our Senior UX Designer will have a track record of outstanding interactive design work across a range of categories and applications. You'll be able to rally and lead less-experienced designers in a highly collaborative environment. And, you'll bring solid communication skills to present concepts and strategies to your clients, stakeholders and colleagues.

What you'll do
  • Confidently execute the design vision, while working in collaboration with the Product and Technology leads
  • Influence strategic decisions across teams
  • Create workflows and wireframes that map out detailed interactions
  • Create low- and high-fidelity mockups that communicate high-level design
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand audience needs and define requirements
  • Collaborate with the UI development and ADA team to provide ADA compliance design
  • Participate in design research as needed

Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $165,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
