Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the used truck sales department to achieve sales and profitability goals

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and customer retention
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop used truck sales representatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with fleet customers, owner-operators, and key accounts
  • Monitor inventory aging and implement strategies to improve inventory turns
  • Partner with New Truck Sales, Leasing, Service, Parts, and Finance teams to maximize customer solutions and profitability
  • Review and approve sales transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns

Used Truck Sales Manager

What You'll Do:

Pay Range from $85,000 and up, depending on experience and qualifications.
