Used Truck Sales ManagerWhat You'll Do:- Lead all aspects of the used truck sales department to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Manage acquisition, appraisal, pricing, and merchandising of used truck inventory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and customer retention.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop used truck sales representatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet customers, owner-operators, and key accounts.
- Monitor inventory aging and implement strategies to improve inventory turns.
- Partner with New Truck Sales, Leasing, Service, Parts, and Finance teams to maximize customer solutions and profitability.
- Review and approve sales transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
What We're Looking For:- 5+ years of commercial truck sales experience.
- Previous sales management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of used truck valuation, acquisition, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Experience utilizing CRM and dealership management systems.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (this position is safety-sensitive)

Pay Range from $85,000 and up, depending on experience and qualifications.
