Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Ensure area of responsibilitys compliant with Logistics and company quality and safety standards policies procedures and directives by developing distributing andor maintaining procedures and supporting documentation and preparing reviewing andor analyzing business reports and utilizing data to identify operational improvements for example production quality safety Completes and prioritizes work assignments by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners identifying deadlines and expectations carrying out tasks communicating progress and related information determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities identifying and ensuring associate customer and supplier concerns are resolved and adapting to change difficulties and feedback Assists to resolve daytoday associate challenges by communicating with the production managers checking QA inventory capacity resolving problem freight issues and providing subject matter experts department contacts or other managers as needed to help address concerns Manages associates in area of responsibility by directing assigning duties coordinating workloads monitoring performance and providing feedback teaching supporting and modeling plant policies and procedures identifying training and development needs and making recommendations in the hiring promotion coaching teaching and evaluation of associates Coordinates completes and oversees jobrelated activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs identifying and communicating goals and objectives building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results identifying and addressing improvement opportunities and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training mentoring assigning duties providing recognition and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace Manages work plans workloads and associates in order to meet deadlines by talking with associates to solve problems resolving delay issues to stay on schedule and using systems to audit progress and identify concerns early within a shift Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices Coaching Inventory Control Coordinating Continuous Improvement Process Supervision Adaptability Accountability
