Job Description
  • Ensures areas of responsibility are compliant with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives by:
    • Developing, distributing, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
    • Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
    • Utilizing data to identify operational improvement opportunities related to production, quality, and safety.
  • Completes and prioritizes work assignments by:
    • Utilizing established policies, data, and resources.
    • Collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
    • Identifying deadlines and expectations.
    • Carrying out assigned tasks and communicating progress.
    • Determining and recommending solutions to improvement opportunities.
    • Ensuring associate, customer, and supplier concerns are resolved.
    • Adapting to change, challenges, and feedback.
  • Assists in resolving day-to-day associate challenges by:
    • Communicating with production managers.
    • Monitoring quality assurance, inventory, and capacity levels.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
