What you'll do: - Drive Vision Center sales through effective merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory management.
- Lead and develop Associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving issues and educating Members on eyewear selection and care.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, safety standards, and asset protection measures.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and analyze economic trends to support business goals.
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in inventory and sales management within a retail or optical environment.
- Strong knowledge of optometry practices, including eyewear consultation and prescription verification.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and uphold company standards.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in hiring, training, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and implement strategic initiatives to drive business results.
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
- Effective communication skills to build relationships and motivate associates toward achieving goals.

The hourly wage range for this position is $34.50 - $46.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience OR 2 years' general work experience including 1 year's optical experience.
