What you'll do...
Role summary:
The (USA) Staff, Technical Program Manager leads the planning and execution of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing cross-functional dependencies. This role requires expertise in program management, system design, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions. The position involves driving end-to-end delivery, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve operational excellence. The successful candidate will apply analytical problem-solving and communication skills to guide initiatives, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement within a dynamic technology environment.
What you'll do:
  • Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate on system architecture for scalability and performance.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders and teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance program efficiency.
  • Coordinate launch and post-launch activities ensuring operational excellence and issue resolution.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
