As a Staff Solution Consultant, you will leverage deep business and technology expertise to bridge complex business needs with effective solutions. This role involves analyzing industry trends, translating requirements into actionable designs, and guiding cross-functional teams through solution development and integration. You will drive strategic initiatives by assessing risks, managing configurations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your leadership will support continuous improvement and innovation, enabling successful project delivery and enhanced customer outcomes within a dynamic and evolving technology landscape.

What you'll do:
  • Translate complex business requirements into effective solution designs aligned with strategic objectives.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
