Collaborating across functions, members support payroll transformation to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery for a large workforce. The group emphasizes scalable solutions, system performance optimization, and resolving complex challenges. Utilizing Agile methodology and SAP expertise, the team drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.

- Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
- Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using languages such as Python, JavaScript, and C++.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
