What you'll do...
Role summary:

Join Walmart as a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks. This role involves driving the full software lifecycle, applying cloud-native architecture principles, and ensuring technical excellence through system design reviews and mentorship. Collaborate across teams to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions while promoting continuous improvement and innovation. The position requires strong technical judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable software that supports Walmart's strategic objectives.
What you'll do:

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
