Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead high-impact growth initiatives across our membership ecosystem at the intersection of strategy, experimentation, and execution. You will identify opportunities across acquisition, engagement, and retention; validate ideas through experimentation; and scale successful initiatives in partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, Finance, and Operations.
This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity and drives measurable outcomes through influence and operational rigor.

Scale Experimentation - Build experimentation frameworks that improve speed, learning, and impact.
- Partner with analytics and data science to define metrics and act on insights.
- Scale winning experiments into durable product capabilities.
Lead Through Influence - Align teams around priorities, tradeoffs, and execution.
- Influence leaders and partners without direct authority.
- Communicate strategy and impact clearly to executives.
What you'll bring: - 8+ years of product management experience leading growth, consumer, or platform initiatives at scale.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through experimentation, innovation, and execution.
- Strong understanding of growth frameworks, including acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, lifecycle management, and experimentation.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational rigor.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams across large organizations.
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
