Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The (USA) Staff, Product Manager leads strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires strong stakeholder leadership and deep customer and technical understanding to define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring of less experienced product managers. The successful candidate will influence product direction, manage risk and dependencies, and leverage emerging technologies to deliver impactful solutions aligned with broader business objectives.
What you'll do: - Lead strategy and execution for complex products, defining vision, roadmaps, and measurable success metrics.
- Build deep customer and business insights through data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to deliver outcomes.
- Manage product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch value realization, balancing priorities and risks.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and AI opportunities to enhance product capabilities.
- Mentor product managers on discovery rigor, roadmap development, launch readiness and building with AI tools.
- Influence technical direction and innovation through strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience leading product strategy and execution for complex or multiple related products.
- Strong ability to develop and own multi-quarter product roadmaps aligned with business outcomes.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation techniques.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application to product innovation.
- Strong skills in building with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, etc.
- Technical depth to carry architectural conversations with engineering or an LLM.
- Demonstrated skill in translating customer insights and market trends into prioritized, measurable product initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
