Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for a complex product or closely related product set. This role requires deep customer and technical insight to define product vision, drive roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The position involves collaborating across functions to prioritize initiatives, manage risks, and leverage data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will influence stakeholders, mentor peers, and identify innovation opportunities while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. This role demands strong leadership in product lifecycle management without direct people management responsibilities.

What you'll do:
  • Define and own multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products, leveraging market and competitive insights.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating discovery, development, launch, and value realization with cross-functional teams.
  • Build structured customer and business understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize impactful solutions.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment and influence technical direction through collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Analytics partners.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product outcomes.
  • Mentor product managers on roadmap development, launch readiness, and customer-centric practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
