Position Summary...

What you'll do...
The Analytics Platform & Data Partnerships Team is looking for a Staff, Product Manager to own and evolve our enterprise Analytics platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for driving platform strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making tools, and delivering high-impact analytics capabilities for a broad and diverse user base. You will drive the development of customer personas, customer journeys, platform KPIs, key results, product requirements, and prioritization to improve overall customer experience. You will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure the platforms are scalable, reliable, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Lead Product Manager on the following activities (and potentially more!):
  • Champion customer experience improvements for our 400k+ user base across analytics and BI platforms
  • Own and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Dataiku)
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand analytics needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements and priorities
  • Enhance self-service analytics by improving usability, discoverability, and governance across BI tools
  • Define, monitor, and report on key platform KPIs (adoption, engagement, performance, reliability, customer satisfaction)
  • Drive standardization and best practices for dashboards, metrics, semantic layers, and data visualization
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and platform teams to optimize integrations, data models, and platform performance
  • Identify and eliminate friction points throughout the analytics workflow, from data ingestion to insight delivery
  • Develop and refine customer personas and analytics user journeys (executives, analysts, data scientists, engineers)
  • Balance new feature development with platform stability, scalability, and technical debt management
  • Communicate roadmap progress, trade-offs, and outcomes effectively to cross-functional leaders
  • Prepare and deliver product updates, metrics, and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner


What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business field
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle and large user bases
  • Hands-on expertise with analytics and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Dataiku)
  • Proficiency in database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and familiarity with cloud-based analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of data concepts, metrics, KPIs, and data modeling
  • Proven ability to translate complex needs into actionable product requirements
  • Experience working with Agile teams and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and access control in analytics environments
  • A strong customer mindset paired with curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
