Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Software Engineer III will contribute to the design and development of software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams during project discovery and implementation phases. The engineer will manage project tasks, support continuous integration and deployment, and provide technical guidance to small engineering groups. What you'll do: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-level designs for small to medium-sized projects.
- Analyze and troubleshoot business and production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
- Translate project requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability needs.
- Write, test, and maintain code adhering to coding standards and security policies.
- Develop automation scripts to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and resolve defects to ensure system reliability.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to small engineering teams, supporting project delivery and knowledge sharing.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery using object-oriented programming and iterative development methodologies.
- Strong technical acumen with proficiency in API design, platform development, and component services.
- Expertise in debugging, dev testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Ability to analyze requirements, perform root cause analysis, and develop sustainable technical solutions.
- Experience managing complex projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of telemetry implementation, security standards, and software maintenance tools.
- Demonstrated capability to mentor and guide small engineering teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
