Position Summary...
The (USA) Senior Technology Operations role is responsible for overseeing program estimation, monitoring, and control to ensure successful delivery of medium-complexity projects. This position leads cross-functional coordination, manages risks, and drives stakeholder consensus through effective communication and relationship building. The role requires expertise in financial management, program planning, and technology landscape awareness to align projects with strategic objectives. The incumbent supports business operations by providing actionable insights, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with company standards, ultimately contributing to operational excellence and the achievement of organizational goals.

What you'll do...
  • Lead program estimation and resource planning for projects of small to medium complexity, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and control program progress, addressing risks and issues to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings to review project health, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder consensus through clear, concise communication and data-driven presentations.
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost monitoring across multiple projects.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions supporting operational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement by applying program management best practices and emerging tools.

  • Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to track progress against milestones.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage project schedules, risks, and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations clearly.
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring for multiple projects.
  • Proficient in program planning, defining goals, deliverables, and accountability matrices.
  • Solid understanding of technology strategy and its alignment with business objectives.
  • Skilled in building relationships and collaborating across teams to deliver business solutions.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30095: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11657: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
