What you'll do:- Guides teams of engineers, including offshore associates, by providing documentation, direction, examples, and timelines.
- Supports business stakeholders by addressing technical questions, feasibility assessments, and implementation strategies.
- Manages complex projects from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions and recommends optimal approaches.
- Troubleshoots production issues through root cause analysis and resolution planning.
- Collaborates with product, project, business, and UX teams during discovery and design phases.
- Promotes engineering best practices, continuous improvement, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
What you'll bring:- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features or models through collaborative engineering teams.
