What you'll do...

Role summary:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the delivery of scoped features and solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and maintain high-quality software systems. This role requires expertise in software development lifecycle management, including coding, debugging, and continuous integration. You will contribute to solution design, integrate AI/ML components, and ensure alignment with platform and business objectives. By applying sound technical judgment and fostering innovation, you will drive reliable, scalable software delivery while mentoring peers and supporting ongoing improvement initiatives.

What you'll do:
  • Own delivery of scoped features and model components through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.
  • Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor application performance, support defect resolution, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Mentor peers, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to engineering excellence and innovation.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
