What you'll do: - Lead delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient code using multiple programming languages and best practices.
- Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.
- Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply sound technical judgment to build scalable, secure systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor application performance, support CI/CD pipelines, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.
What you'll bring: - 6 years of experience with developing and supporting complex systems using Java/JEE, Spring, Spark, Databases: Relational (Azure SQL, Postgres), Cloud: Azure/GCP Cloud Platform, Airflow DAGs, micro-services architectures, event-based architecture (Kafka), Kubernetes, Docker), Big query database
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
- Strong experience delivering scoped features and managing full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Proficiency in debugging, code review, and continuous development methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with platform and business objectives.
- Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
